African Necklaces are traditionally made from seeds
and pods gathered in the forests, hills and fields
of rural South Africa. These Tribal Necklaces are 
strung together from seasonal produce including:
Guava Pods, Castor Oil Seeds, Lucky Beads, Zulu
Teathing Beads, Tree Bark, Wood, Watermelon
Pips and a host of other pods and seeds.
South African Necklaces are produced by the
rural woman of Africa with the help of their
children - the Ethnic Necklaces are then transported
to the larger cities where they are sold at Flea
markets and curio shops.
