1.  How much does the shipping cost?

Due to the nature of hand made African arts and crafts, no two products are the identical size and weight and we therefore cannot offer an accurate shipping quotation until we have your order and it is weighed and measured - we also need to know your shipping address as this also influences shipping costs. Please place your order either by the 'Add to cart' shopping method or simply email your order and we will send you a shipping quotation.

NB! if you are not happy with the shipping quotation you may cancel your order at any time, you are also welcome to organize your own shipping.

2.  How do I place an order?

- simply email an order and we will send you an invoice for payment.

- go to the 'ONLINE PRODUCT CATALOGUE' and then open a category page where you will find all the products - if you would like to purchase a specific product click the "Add to cart" button and follow the instructions provided through the "Check out" phase, delivery  address, payment options etc.

3.  What are my payment options?

Once you have added your product to the cart and have proceeded through the check out phase you will then be asked to select a payment method:
- Credit card via Paypal (for International RETAIL customers only)
- EFT (all WHOLESALE customers and all SOUTH AFRICAN Customers)
- COD (only for Durban customers) 
NB! you will not be asked to make any payments until we have received the order and and have checked to see that the products are available, after which we will then confirm the order and send you a payment request.

4.  Can I cancel my order?
You are welcome to cancel your order at any time.

5.  How do I get wholesale prices?
All the prices shown in the 'ONLINE PRODUCT CATALOGUE' are wholesale prices for wholesale buyers, we do not send separate price lists to anyone.

6. Retail Customers.

If you would like to place a small retail order please inquire as to what the retail price will be on a product for product basis.

7.  Are all the products on this website made in Africa?
We guarantee every single product on this website without exception is proudly hand made in Africa?
